Biography
My name is Bob Perry. I'm a co-founder [in 1991] and the business manager of The Elephant Walk restaurants in Boston, Cambridge and Waltham, Massachusetts. I've known my partners, the De Monteiro family since 1976, when we all first met as expatriates in Taipei, Taiwan. I am honored and privileged to be a part of The Elephant Walk and to be serving to the world the incredible food of Cambodia.
